Hey, guys. I want to start selling on RedBubble. I have some experience in doing this, but I stopped because I didn't earn to much only 14$.

I plan to make 1 general and 2 niche stores, and start selling.

Is something change on that platform. I didn't been there about 6 months.

Perhaps you could start on redbubble, but use social media to promote it. Redbubble store is competitive as F and just filled with wtf random stuff.

But... Your own website with a nice landing page and a POD shop will still beat redbubble any day.

It really depends.

If you are looking for a low to zero investment opportunity then yes you can still make money.

my thoughts are though that the work you put into it would be better served with an Etsy store or your own website

the beauty of red bubble is that you aren’t dealing with customers or cash flow. I use it to test some designs before launching them on my own site.

i saw alot people saying to got account banned without reasons, so be careful

Too saturated because the business model is too easy
Most people import bulk designs using tools

I have 232 designs that were uploaded in Nov 2020. For the last 1 year I have been earning $200 average every month.... It's has become passive for me

Like any other business you tend to get what you put into it. As with any POD platform the real earnings start coming in much after the point when most will quit. By that I mean hundreds of designs, of which only some will sell. Most successful sellers get most of their sales from 20% of their designs.

I got banned from RedBubble within 2 weeks or so. No explanation why. Wasn't doing anything blackhat. Hadn't even begun marketing yet. Just uploaded a couple designs.

If you are good at designing or if you can get them designed nothing is stopping you. You can try running paid ads on social media and a bunch of other ways. Try etsy too, etsy had the best paid ads solution.

I still get random sales but it's all beer money. Also all my designs are not original :D Sometimes I wonder how the account is still up.

Anyone know what sells best on redbubble? Can someone do a Ahrefs or Semrush search and see what keywords/products sell on there, is that possible?
