I've bought hundreds of accounts from that site and I've never been scammed but you have to use your head.
Don't send your money blindly via friends & family if it's a new user that you're dealing with.
They also have a middleman service but I've never used it.
Once you buy 1 account, you'll probably be able to keep buying more from the same person as they usually deal in bulk.
