Is Pinwoot safe?

Has anyone used them before? It's a site I just found a moment ago, and apparently you sign up an account, then pluck in your pinterest credentials, and uses your account to follow other people, but also gets you tons of followers... or something like that. Anyone know? Just worried it might be a sham.
