Is phone verification A MUST? Or email is enough?

If i'm planning on using many instagram accounts, just to like a single photo every few days on a single profile, is phone verificating the account really A MUST? Or is it enough with email verification?

Accounts won't have any link on bio or anything, i will be buying couple hundreds followers for each account, and upload between 50-150 photos to stay there forever.

What do you guys think?
