Is Peter Bray's CloakerLive Still Operating?

I literally just came from his site. It seems to still be in operation. I used SEC years ago and am looking for something similar to use on wordress. My accounts were still working but I noticed that the samples were dated 2006. I don't know if that says anything about it being out of date or what. He did have two blog templates which I still have no idea how to use them. One was Blog (built in), and Blog. He also has his optimizer, mass duplicator, spy, and marcov engine. Either I am not following what he is doing or he has really dropped the ball on keeping up to date. His Search Engine Cloaker was a great product but he stopped supporting his product unless you joined cloaker live. He has not updated SEC or even the robots text in a year or more. I am really disappointed that he never came out with a wordpress plugin.
Does anyone know of any plugins to use with wordpress similar to Search Engine Cloaker? I would like to find one that you enter a list of keywords and keyword rich posts are made for each keyword, just as SEC used to do. Then just cloak those pages and send the real traffic to your offer page. I have a couple of feeder SEC sites, that I have not touched in years, that still get traffic.
I just got a copy of wordpress cloaker but even though it says it will generate 1000s of posts from keywords, once you start setting it up it tells you to use rss, and scrape other sites to generate the content. I thought it was going to be similar to how SEC used a keyword list to generate pages.

I pulled up an old installation of SEC. The robots txt did update so I don't know if he is still supplying the robots info or if it was just the last update. I was surprised at how large the list had grown, so maybe he is still doing that for those running sec as before.
