Is perfection an illusion?

It is. But if being a perfectionist makes your work better, then be it! ;)

perfect doesn't exist, that's why you need to target for an infinite goal.
appointing a "real" goal it's gonna stuck u there

jeff bezos knew in 1999 that his store will generate 100+ billions$
while he worked just in his garage, and look up now

It's true. If you're a true perfectionist you'll never release your project to the public because it's never completed.
Kind of makes sense. Having a finite goal for each iteration is very important I think. :)

Perfection is a mirage
It just slows you down.
Waiting for the right time, person, etc...

Great

Ouch that hurts. :/

The guy is true... perfectionism is bad, you spend all your time trying to make a thing perfect but never actually finish it, the perfect youtube video, the perfect blog post, the perfect whatever... is not released because you feel it's not perfect enough.

It comes from experience and this attitude I had to fight so I feel that so much.. :D

How do I stop being perfect?

Success is the state or condition of meeting a defined range of expectations. It may be viewed as the opposite of failure.

Let me burst the bubble OP

No such thing as perfect in this world

You need discipline
