is PBN with Foreign Language & content Repurposing workd?

i have some question, and its hurt in my head, caused no answer about this.
As the title i mention, as my question.
what if i get expired domain, and it has a good backlinks profile, contextual, from authority site
say, its about politics, got backlink from huffington.
i want to use it as PBN, to pimp my spain site rank,
my spain site niche is about automotive.
i would to make over that PBN, repurpose content, with spanish.
will it work?
