you can use 2 differnt names between ebay and then paypal.

its very common because when you link a bunch of ebay accounts to 1 paypal account.

be wary that if u use different details between the 2, u will be automatically flagged and have to go through (additional) verification sooner. if u are going to use fake details, use the same on both accounts
