Is PayPal down?

I am seeing the latest invoices sent to my client are unavailble within 1 hour. I went on to check the invoices sent in the last week, they seem to be showing the same error..

Checked with few of my friends they face problems logging in PayPal too.

Is there anyone else facing the similar issues?

Yes, PP is down, I couldn't find the reason but I can confirm that around 4k people have reported that is down in the last 5 - 10 minutes.

I changed my primary payment gateway to 2checkout long ago.. I rarely use paypal these days..

I wish I could dispute those charges but those are for things I need to pay

even when paypal have global problems they never forget to charge you
