Someone made a more or less big order on Friday and paid with PayPal. He didn't order and pay it once but splitted it up in nearly ten different orders. In addition to that he also wrote me a message after he paid and said: "I really made these orders, please deliver as soon as possible." I saw his order and message one hour later and it seemed very suspicious to me, so I decided to write him again before processing his order to make sure he is not a scammer.
A few minutes later, I got a security message from eBay that they suspect unauthorized usage of that buyer account. I was glad that I didn't proceed to deliver any of the ordered items to this fucker and wanted to cancel all of his orders and refund all the money back to his PayPal. I was too late though, because the actual owner opened a PayPal case for every single transaction with the reasoning "Unauthorized Usage". Nearly ten chargeback cases in one minute, my PayPal account got limited instantly after that. PayPal wanted more information about these ten "sales" and a proof of shipment too.
I accepted all of the chargeback cases of course and refunded all the money back, because thats what I wanted to do anyway. But I couldn't give more information on these sales and a proof of shipment neither, because there were no real sales. They were all canceled after all and I refunded the money. I called the PayPal support immediately and explained them the whole situation and that the limitation makes no sense at all. The support said to me I did the right thing and that the limitation is just a security measure. I should just fill the required information fields and write what I told him and tell that there was no shipment and no sales because the buyers account was used without his knowledge. He said that the limitation will surely be lifted after that. And keep in mind, that my account is not new and had maybe 3 or 4 chargeback cases in total over the last 6 months and never had a negative balance.
Well, guess what E-Mail I got in the next morning? "You can't use PayPal anymore." All the money gone for 180 days. These fucking sons of bitches, these bunch of complete retards. Why am I punished for their fucking security mistakes and that some idiot don't know how to keep his PayPal safe? I'm going to call these motherfuckers tomorrow morning, but I don't know if I have a chance to lift this limitation. It's GayPal after all. I'm so pissed, man, this is just unbelievable.
