I used to use Payoneer back in the days 2012 - 2019.
2019 I remember they moved banks & froze my funds (and everyone elses).
Got back into businesses from the days (Fiverr, etc.) that still support Payoneer.
I am a member in a FB group, where a shit ton of complaints pop by users daily, for accounts being limited for nothing even though verification info was sent.
Question is, is Payoneer still reliable to receive payments from marketplaces such as Fiverr for example?
Are those limited accounts due to direct p2p dealing and breaking TOS, or even the fully legit accs that respect TOS get limited?
Would appreciate a reply from someone more experienced and using it frequently.
