It works best now with geo-targeted traffic (India, SEA, LATAM) and clean installs via niche content or bundlers, not random spam traffic.

Networks like InstallMonster, Propeller PPI, and Amonetize still convert — but volume and quality control matter more than ever.
If you’re creative with traffic (e.g. gaming mods, cracked software sites, or utilities), it’s still a decent side income stream.​

ppc is the most effective way to get results.
and is still gonna be the case IMO.

so as for PPI, it can bring good results but not as much as PPC
 
PPI is not as good as it used to be, but it's still working. You need a consistent traffic source and quality traffic to get significant profits.
 
Yes is profitable but peopes now are more worried about getting malware so they avoid install from unknown sources. Og ads was working in the past for me so can recommend

You can start with parasites + CPA. You need to start with a traffic source, as everything else can be achieved with hardwork alone. If you don't know how to get traffic, then nothing works for you. You can also start with a product or method and then figure out ways to drive traffic but it won't work for most people. So, it's better to research the traffic sources that are practical and achievable to you and then look out for products or methods that work with this traffic source.
 
That’s a throwback. Haven’t heard anyone mention PPI in over a decade. Pretty sure the only people interested in installs these days are malware developers.

pay per install market is perfect option to earn online uploading helpful content to traffics download for install, there are niches popular with this option like game and help materials.

PPI was more common years ago when desktop traffic was easier to monetize, but its effectiveness has declined due to OS restrictions, security warnings, and stricter compliance requirements. Today it’s generally discussed as a legacy monetization model rather than a primary strategy, with most focus shifting toward cleaner distribution methods and compliant traffic sources.
 
PPI still works but it was better some years back when desktop traffic was easier to monetize than now.
