Is Paxful a scammers' den already?

So I created a trade to sell USDT on Paxful to recieve USD in my bank account via P2P.
After about 5 minutes, buyer accepted the offer and marked the trade as paid. I received nothing in my bank account. Seller sent fake screenshot that "he sent it from his PAXFUL USD wallet".. I was like wtf bro, Paxful doesn't save your FIAT to pay with. Paxful ain't a bank account.
I refused to release my USDT to him fckin scammer.
He said "I need to keep buying coins so try to be quick"
Again said "I got a lot of trades on my side to complete "
He threatened to leave a negative feedback on the trade.
I still didn't release my precious coins
Then he blocked me. HAHA

Then I replied in the trade chat "Block till forever okay. I am not those people you keep scamming"

Bro was pissed asf and released my coin. I am so fucking happy I won long before the 3 hours into dispute will surface. But it was sure annoying as hell as he wasted about 30 minutes of my life on that.

I created another trade with a different interested buyer of my coin almost at the same time I created the first one whose buyer was obviously a scammer. To my surprise the second one also marked trade as completed without paying a cent. Still waiting for the trade to cancel into a dispute. How the hell he's got 738 positive trade feedbacks and only 6 negative ones? Lol

wtf is this place called Paxful.

Okay just about five minutes ago the second trade was successful as I got money in the bank from his name.
Just a gentle reminder to my heart and the BHW members here to brace up and be safe esp. in the crypto world.

Hmm I see. Now the second trade makes sense as to the delay. But the first one didn't as it was outrightly a scam attempt.
But thanks for the heads up.
 
Paxful is and was full of fraud (sellers & buyers), never release your goods (anything you trade)
same goes with Binance, a bunch of sh** sellers, while doing P2P Trading, sent you money from different back accounts, and write "thats the account of my wife" .. And im like: It could be the account of your mum, there is written in BOLD, that the crypto seller is responsibile to check where the money cames from.
Already got banned because of this. - Got activated again, but trouble for nothing.

Be careful. Pax is not so good regulated. You will not even recognized getting scamed, multiple social engineering tricks in place.

Was there ever a time when Paxful wasn't filled with scammers? Many p2p platforms are like that.
 
Stay safe brother, there are ton of scammers online. Even now scammers are reading this post and gonna try this scam method.
 
I been used before and got scammed by some Nigerian out there never use that paxfulllllll
