Is page redirection needed if youre using Content Lockers?

hello guys, I am just a newbie on this blackhat marketing... I currently have 3 networks, fileice, adscend and cpabeyond... I am curious, do i have to blank or redirect referer if I am using content lock. Like when they click my link, a window will pop up asking for surveys? Hope you can enlighten me on this matter guys. you should always bank referrer or fake it, doesnt matter how BH friendly a network is. Reason why? cause its just good practice and helps to protect your method from shady AM and networks.

I am really curious if this blogger (since I cant post links: its the no.1 blogger on "PSN Code Generator" in google search) is doing redirection or blanking with this content gateway? Coz I tried putting a content gateway with adscend media... My gateway got deleted because the AM detected the "keygen" I was promoting... Can someone help me on this...
