Is ozon ru affiliate program available in India? Because when i try to submit my form it does not send and shows error

No i have Russian audience on vk that's why I ask it, so any other best alternative

for your Russian VK audience, try AliExpress or Wildberries affiliate programs they’re open to Russia and pay decent commissions
