Is owned website same as web 2.0 to run a test on Moz Metrics ?

Hi there,

I had in mind to do some SEO tests and wanted to know.

If the same job is done on a 2.0 website in terms of backlinks, will their DA/PA/TF/CF increase same way than on a owned/hosted website with a private domain ?

Cause it could be very useful to use these free websites to run some tests. Waiting for your thoughts & experiences, thank's !
