Is Outlook email safe to use?

Just use gmails if you find. I have seen outlook and yahoo getting disabled in few days. You need a good source for gmails also as Google is also doing updates.

my current outlook is 1 year old... r u talking about new account? old email also disabled ?

I had got outlook emails disabled in 3-4 days. May be because of footprints of same IP sold by seller. Yahoo also I bough some recently but they are also deleted. So complete waste of money.
 
Gmail is the best.

I have outlook emails that I used for blogging and Im stuff for over 15 years without it getting banned.
They work just fine.
Like @bartosimpsonio would say, if you are serious about doing anything in IM and stay tf from google related products.
They are known to scan and read your stuff.
