Is Orangewebsite is ignored DMCA and allow Warez site?

I'm sorry if I ask this question is not right place. I see orangewebsite is host in Iceland, but some review say that they don't allow warez or ignoed DMCA. However, I cannot prove it because I cannot contact with them for asking.

If anyone used this , please help me. thanks

I don't recommend. Their prices are expensive.

You find better. Go With flokinet.is if you want iceland hosting they are offshore.

Do you know the speed from Iceland, Romania, and Finland to US / UK or Asia is good or not, I don't know how to check it . Because my website's target visitor is from US, UK mainly.

I donl't know more about configure vps, then share hosting is my best choice,.But my website bandwith is from 180 - 250gb / month. Then https: //flokinet. is/shared-hosting.php is not my best choice.

Iceland would have better connectivity (lower latency) between USA/UK (because of their location).
However both Romania and Bulgaria ( where our datacenter is) both have direct premium connectivity to UK.

Using CDN will boost the overal performance for your USA visitors. CloudFlare will be "ok" although they don't provide true CDN.

I try to use Cloudflare but ít make my website is conflict, and error. so it's not available choce for me. My website for embed movie, ( my website in my profile) I presently, i use stablehost, but last few day they shut down all 4 server in singapore for abuse complaint. Then I think it's not good for me if i use that host for long term. So i want to move to other host that ignored dmca first, but i need the stable speed... and hosting cpanel but orangewebsite is so expensive for ssl or account security.
 
Well, as long the content is embeded you should not have any issue with DMCA whatsoever.
May I ask why you need cPanel ? Webuzo Panel is great for single user.
 
I find cpanel easy to use. I have not used any other type , so i don't know other type which is different or much harder than cpanel?

So will I safe from dmca since i only host movie screenshot on share hosting and embed code for video?
