For the past week it's not submitting to any social bookmarks except for delicious. I have checked my accounts on all social sites and they're not deleted so I don't know why it's not submitting

I haven't been able to get that to work for months :(

and they are not compatible with the latest mozilla firefox update, what could be the problem?

I've been having the same problem for a few days too. Not sure what the problem is, but I didn't install the latest mozilla firefox update yet, so it can't be that. I'm on free account too.

An update to this, although it may not be very helpful, I contacted the support desk, and got this reply;

I am sorry for the confusion this has caused. We have just made an adjustment to our site that causes more services to go into the submissions queue. These services no longer show up as being successful in the e-mail report you receive. Our Engineers are working to upgrade this report. We have stopped this e-mail while we upgrade this report.

You will also notice that most of your submissions go into the submissions queue instead of showing up as successful or failed on your My Submissions page. You will need to clear your queue to see the results of your submissions. Follow the instructions below to clear your queue of the additional submissions. At this time the My Submissions page is the best place to see what items are in the queue and what items have been successful: https://www.onlywire.com/history.

To clear your queue of submissions first make sure you have our latest OnlyWire Firefox Plugin/Extension installed: Version 1.1.7.

In order for this backlogged work to be completed you will need to login to your OnlyWire account with your Firefox web browser. Once that happens, all of the work will be processed, but you will need to keep the browser open until the OnlyWire icon stops changing colors and returns to having a gray wire in the middle. On some web browsers the animation does not play, so leave the browser open and signed in for at least one hour.

*I have done as advised, but notes to add; I updated to the latest version 3.6 of Firefox. When I told it to check for newer version of Onlywire plugin, it found nothing, but I noticed that the version I had was 1.1.6, not 1.1.7 as mentioned above. You have to manually search for the latest plugin. Then, once installed, it was required to re-start Firefox, but I couldn't get it to open up again. I had to re-start my computer, then all was ok. I have had the browser window open for about 15 minutes now and as yet have not seen any changes in my submissions que, with the exception that I can now finalise the few that needed finalising, where yesterday I couldn't, I kept getting a technical error. Those submisssions are now showing as successful.

Maybe once they finish the upgrade and sort out the bugs things will be ok again. Personally I like Onlywire, so I hope they sort it out quick. Hope this helps anyone else who may be having problems with it.
