if you have a generic type url, you can have a zillion cpa campaigns, either sub domained or not.

This works best if you're not looking for the big G to index
Throw up a wordpress site if ya want, then add pages and don't let google index em. Easy stuff, cappy.

Abuvu, i think its not a good idea not to be indexed by Google. Or maybe u can explain better if u have a good reason!
