Tmobile stops a number from sending any message in their network after you send to a few dozen recipients.
Att does this as well, Verizon is a bit loose on the number of recipients compared to these two.
But all three of them have tough URL and ads copy text filter. If you trigger any of these you won't be able to deliver.

Especially if you are sending with URL in your message, they will detect that easily and any message with that domain will not be delivered.
