Is "one click proxy" extension safe for SEO backlinking?

One of my friend suggested me a trick for blog commenting..it will change my ip..named "One click proxy" It is a firefox extension. I want to know if I post blog comments linking to a website using this extension for diverse ip's ..will it be safe? Pls guide me.

You will be ok. Google wont know the IPs used to create the links. Only the website owner/staff

It will be safe in the sense that your ip will change. Assuming that the blog/ forum doesnot have sophisticated tracking or security with cookies its likely that you can easily make multiple accounts and do multiple back links. I cant promise they will be approved. or not get deleted it they look spammy. If your links were different urls that would obviously be safer than doing same url Its a numbers game and a lot depends on how good you spin your comments and your whole method really...Google cant tell

You don't need to do it for the G. Except if you want the site owner to think that you are located in the U.S. when you are not. I doubt they will check though.
