Youtube can serve as a free traffic source. First, pick something you want to promote in the network, get the unique url, create a video explaining how that thing benefits people, upload it on youtube and promote your youtube link. You can buy views and get more exposure. If you cant create a video by yourself, get someone to do it for you. Hope this helps.
