Is Nutra Dead Unlike 2020?

I started creating and running my own threshold accounts back in 2020. When I decided what products I should promote I randomly choose Nutra because they had the highest epc on maxbounty at the time. I made over 40k promoting mainly meticore and vision 2020. Back then I didn't use a cloaker I just ran the campaign and all went well. So I just started to get back into it, got a couple threshold accounts and was about to run some ads but after doing some research. Needless to say, that doesn't appear to be the case anymore and every single Nutra keyword I research has legitimate players in the rankings but I see no more wixsite, no more weebly and Google sites. Back in 2020, I saw at least over 8-10 different landing pages of various quality for every Nutra keyword. Now it seems like with keto for instance, there's just one big player using multiple of the same landing pages. So I'm not really seeing competition and much churn and burn landing pages for Nutra at all. Has Nutra gotten significantly more difficult to promote without using a cloaker? Is promoting Nutra Dead unless u have a large budget?

I also think Nutra is dead. as I'm also not getting good results by promoting them. getting sales is too tough.

You need stronger accounts for nutra. Another approach to it. Threshold accounts do not work anymore

Nutra is dead now an days, and now an days you cannot promote the nutra offers directly. so it would be waste of time for that.

Just use cloack and that's all

Nutra is never dead.. it's an evergreen niche. Your methods are dead. You need to adapt and evolve.
