Is 'noreferrer' 100% effective?

Noob question of the day --

As many of you know, WordPress automatically adds 'noreferrer' to all links.

How effective is this in hiding my landing page from my affiliate? If traffic leaves my website and lands on my affiliate's website, is there a chance the affiliate can see where it's coming from?

Of course they do, some even track deeplinks like 1 click before.
