Is Nofollow links help to Index a Page?

I have recently created 2 quality web 2.0, I have ordered to relevant niche comments links.

I have sent 25 links each to both web 2.0 pages.

All the links are no follow..

So, will this nofollow links really help my Web 2.0 to get index?

Do you have such experience?

Please advice.

Yes, they should help.

Think of twitter. Links from twitter are no-follow, but can speed up the indexing.
