Yes, there are many, many legit sellers of products, software and services here. You use your noodle - only do business with people that have impeccable rep or came recommended from a very close friend. If you do biz with someone otherwise, don't spend more with them than you can afford to lose.
Look on the bright side, you could have lost a lot more. I lost $1,600 once to a scammer. It wasn't through BHW, though. I'm sure others have lost even more. Consider what happened a cheap course in online business. You learned that you should check out a person's reputation before doing business with them. How much did it cost? A mere $50. That's a good deal if you ask me.

There are Many Legit business professionals on BHW. And some not! Its kinda ballzy rippin a "broad" statement for your own f/u...imo ya it sux you got ripped off but Gota do your research like every one in this thread has said. Read the sh!t list review the sales threads the services offered. I am new to this forum and needed services and did friggn research for a few days b4 making a decision. Didn't just jump on the first one that opened the legs

Sure they can post negative feedback about you as well but obviously if a lot of people are posting negative feedback about their service then everyone will stay away.
We are all a community here, know one should be getting ripped off and if you are then report it. Do not report it if you haven't heard from someone in a matter of hours, make sure that you don't jump the gun like so many others have.

IMO, anyone who deals with someone outside of a BST thread has no right to bitch and wine about being scammed.
