Is Namecheap web hosting really slow?

I test namecheap their stellar business plan, 8 plugins on it no cache plugin and standard hestia theme.

Then load it up in google page speed...
Web viral score= 65 how could that be one 2hb+ 2cpu hosting?

Install the litespeed cache + neve theme, now score is at 93 Desktop and 95 mobile ..site loads good in around 2,5 seconds...

It looks like in code vitals you see css and ja, Image etc,etc...it looks like it's wordpress who loads slow without cache not the hosting Server.
I also want to buy namecheap hosting, how do you think about their VPS?

Shared hosting always slow bro so try to switch to the VPS hosting.

I had their high business hosting plan for 6 months, The first months was fast then it stopped, I not kno what the culprit was, the site tooks 20 seconds to load, I had only 6-7 plugins on the wordpress site. And I checked the cpanel and saw the right sidebar who shows your server information, the disk i/o was full red. I don't know till today what that was. I cancelled their webhosting, I only have domain on namecheap their cheap potivie ssl cert not anymore, because you cancel a ssl cert, but the ssl cert provider dow not care about your namecheap cancellation and is doing withdrawal from my bank account. I not have any access to their ssl cert provider anymore to stop the damm $5 withdrawal every quarter month. I have forgot the ssl provider name and my acess login credentials.

For domains I can recommend ionos or porkbun but ionos has some strange payment police you can buy cheap an email sadress and get a com, net, org domain for free with it! But you paying monthly $1,50 for that email account, When you cancel it after 6 months they send you invoice for the rest 6 months to pay then you have cancelled this service (with all their services webhosting too) . You can buy domain the normal way and paying yearly the prices on ionos are litt e bit higher than porkbun. Porkbun is cheaper with a slim dashboard and all things run smooth.

Happy weekend !

Namecheap hosting is not slow for me. I love it so far!

Yes, I have tried their shared hosting to host my blogs. It was slow for users that I had to change after two months. Same is with Godaddy.

Namecheap hosting is ok with the price but they also started charging for add-ons , which are usually free with other hosting providers
