Is my YT channeled considered "aged"?

I made a YouTube channel in 2013, but never did anything with it since. It has 0 videos posted and 0 subscribers.

Does that 12 year old YouTube account still count as an aged account if it has never posted a video or made a YT comment etc?

Could I transfer the channel to a new Google account, change the channel name, and start posting videos with the benefits of having an aged YT channel? What's the best way to do this?

It's worth $5. There's not much you can do with an empty channel.

Well, I don't plan to sell it, I want to use it. Will using it cut down the time it will take for the YT algo to push my videos?

If I create a new Google account and transfer the aged YT channel to it, are you sure it won't "remove" the benefit of the aged YT channel? Wouldn't Google consider this person as new to the platform?
