I am posting comments with link to another youtube video, but if i check the comments from another account, or private browsing window, the comments are not visible. Are the comments ghosted?

Yes, Sometimes they take time to become visible or sometimes they might have something which triggers the comment moderation.

Any idea why they are ghosted? I have seen other accounts posting links to youtube videos and they obviously are not ghosted.

Sometimes it's a ghost, sometimes the channels are manually confirmed.

comments with links are hard to not get them shdowbanned
you must make comments seem real - aka not all comments with links

If my comments are ghosted does that mean that my channel is penalized? Will this affect the rankings of the videos i upload in this channel?

YouTube's spam filters might mistakenly catch your comments due to the presence of links.

No your not ghosted, maybe the channel you're using has issues that need to address that's not associated with the main account.

YT ghosts comments even with swaer words. Another news thay can ban your channel for insulting other people.
