Hi

One of my websites have got a DA and PA of 1 each and spam score of 7/100.

How should I read this score? Is my website Spammed?

I am really scared as I don't know if I will be able to do seo and rank my website ever. Pls guide.

You said DA and PA is 1
Every new website already has DA and PA 1. When you do SEO and getting older those values increase.
But at the start, you have spam score 7 means, your website contains lots of spam backlinks. Try to get more quality backlinks links.

Not at all. A web page with a low quality isn't necessarily a spam page. However, if a web page page is deliberately created to deceive and potentially harm users in order to benefit your website, it won't get a good rating. If your pages contain the following elements, it is likely that Google thinks that they are spam:
1. Your pages are malicious or harmful
2. Your pages are deceptive
3. Your pages use sneaky redirects
4. Your pages don't have real content
