I've used StopBadBots and Wordfence for my WordPress Sites. Cloudflare has security options I've used as well. {I don't own or earn money off these suggestions}
Don't worry man the traffic has to be legitimate. In addition that amount as the other members of the forum have told you will not cause any problems to your page. Quiet
