ok well ive had a seo service completed today it was not a big service just 100+ forum links plus bookmarks to the links plus rss feed submission to the links and my site is not found in google for its keywords at all but you can still find it if you type it in like this "www.mysite.com" is it sandboxed? its only just over amonth old but havent done no big backlinking to it such as senuke or anything like that just articles, directory submissions, press releases, bookmarks ect all content on it is unique so is it just doing the google dance? or is it sandboxed? please your advice would be appreciated thanks

yah, I agree with Cyrss. Google's index update occurs on average once per month. It can be identified by significant movement in search results and especially by Google's cache of all indexed pages reflecting the status of Google's last spidering

Plug in the title of your main domain into Google without quotes and see if your site comes up in the first 10. If it doesn't, it means your site is sandboxed. However, this method will only work for unique page titles and will not work if you have a very generic and short title tag.

If your domain comes up in the first 10, it is most probably just a dance.

seems like it but my site is new ive been told by a few seo experts its google dance so fingers crossed i think maybe yours has lost rank because you changed your seo description e.g title i did this to one of my sites a few weeks back lost rank for like a week but came back to the exact position and even started ranking for a new keyword so fingers crossed you should be ok but submitting the same article to 200 directorys may harm your ranking alittle but only thing you can do is wait just like i have to

I'm having the same issue and have done minimal link building, so no worries. If I search for my site's name (not domain), my subpages are there but not home page. Home page only shows for http://www.site.com and site:http://www.site.com, yet there has been minimal link building, so I don't see why I would be sandboxed. We'll see what happens.

It's dancing. That's all there is to it. My sites dance after a month or two, and after being hit with a ton of backlinks all the time (new sites under 6months old). Just keep building, and you'll have it back in no time.

Its will be worst if you'll stop building quality links.I'll suggest you to build more quality links your site will be back even more stronger.

You might try to "jiggle the web"

In wp setup - write, remove any ping services (temporarily)
Create a new 300+ word post targeting your main kw. Save as draft.
Prepare a few social news entries (title, description and tags).
Now, in rapid succession, (I just open up 5 or 6 tabs)

    Publish your post
submit post url to news (digg & reditt)
Bookmark the rss feeds to digg & reddit on seceral of your favorite bookmarking sites
Ping the heck out of your bookmarking page
Wait for G to find your post before turning pinging back on in wp

I actually use this method to (naturally) get a new site indexed.

I haven't tried it to Rez a site, but if my site was sandboxed, I'd piss on a spark plug I thought it would help.
