is my site sandboxed?

I have a site thats 2 years and 2 months old, yesterday i started making alot of links (page profile links about 100-200) in 2 days and about 30 bookmarking ... can u even sink a website this fast? heh can you even get a site sanboxed because of profile pages? .

Anyways some of the keywords that i was aiming for (i was on first page 7-8 position) now i find myself 50, 25, 45 position .. (for 1.5mill) however there is a keyword (i didnt promote this) that has a ranking of 33million and im still 7th, am i sandboxed or is this google and its updating system ? any help will be greatly apreciated! thanks.
