Is my site really worth 15k?

So my auto blog has been pulling in quite a few comments lately and I haven't installed any ads on it. I didn't even get a domain name yet. I have a few back links but only like 4 or 5. So I checked google analytics and it said that the tracking was disabled(?). I decided to use one of those "what is my website worth" sites and it came up with this:

Google Page Rank:0
$ 15,678 *

If you find somebody who gives you 15k for it, yes, absolutely.

Otherwise, I tend to believe it's worth near to nothing.
 
Well...a generic rule of thumb is that a website's value equates to 10-12 months of profit...

@ $15,000, your site should be generating $1,200 - $1,100 profit per month...Does that sound like a familiar number?

Domains are an interesting market...but I can say with confidence that the 'monthly income' estimation is very accurate in the Flippa website world...

I just looked up the website that my blog is hosted on and it gave me the same numbers. Is there any way I can find the worth of my site individually? I haven't installed ads on the website yet, but will soon so I don't know how much it will bring in a month.
 
I would take those website worth things with a pinch of salt. I have a site worth over 2k according to one of them 700 according to another and 0 according to the other. The latter is probably the most correct.

But as they differ so much , I wouldn't believe any of them.

Did you try with other website worth websites to check for consistancy?

I just look up some more. Another told me 1k, and another told me $20. Doesnt seem consistent at all.

Like a previous poster said 12+ or so monthly income +etc. Is the value of your website.

Somewhat similar figures apply to public/private corporations.

In other words your subdomain blog isn't worth 15k. but who knows what the future might hold? :)
 
There are blogs pages on blogspot worth much more than 15k but yours is as everyone else has said is worth $0
 
well, these sites work exactly like "Type your BF name and check, how much he love you"

a) your site is worth nothing
b) no business can be valued entirely by an algorithm
c) the site will be valuing the domain, not your individual page
 
depending on who your selling it to then yes but overall probably not
