I have done some PBN to my site through review copies, now all the keywords which I linked to PBN are showing N/A & lost rankings. Before that or they all showing on page 1 2 & 3 but now no keywords showing in better position.
Is my site penalized due to review copies PBN? if yes then how can I remove those links?
Help appreciated.

First of all:
What Site we cannot see anything.

How long does your site exist?
How long was it on the "good" rankings?
How long are they now not on the top rankings?

Do you have Google Search Console associated with your website? If not, register it ASAP and check for manually applied penalties in a couple of days.

Wait and watch. If your website doesn't return to the SERP then mots likely your website got penalised.

Do you have message about manual penalty in the Webmaster tools console? If not give it few days to see what will happen..
i do not see any messege nor email regarding this.

I think you should wait for few more weeks. It happened with me couple of times when website disappeared completely for week and returned back to its position; and this happens more at this time when you just throw few links e.g PBN as you said. They are not Private Blog Network, they are Public Blog Network. So if they have only 25 blogs and selling links from 25 blogposts, imagine the kind of footprint it may leave. If these get mixed with other quality links, its fine or else it may harm your site. so wait for few weeks more, if it does not return, contact those seller and ask them to remove link
