I don't know why some of you say that you have to wait 6 months I got approved with a 2 week old domain in 2 days.

You need good traffic and the site has to be about 6 months old I think, as far as basic requirements are concerned

I can see adsense in the blog which you have put as signature. 1review2day. So by looking into the site, I tell you my friend, its very hard to rank in the niche and the low income on niche like mobile phones etc. Better start with some original unique content and see your adsense flowing with $$$$

I agree, use blogger to apply, then you will have the adsense account to apply to your other sites!

To the original poster, I just helped a friend of mine join the adsense program successfully, on a side note they are from India and also got accepted into the program through a blogger url so that tells you that you dont need money to join the program just a decent looking site with valuable content on it.
