I am combining Ithemes and Sucuri as my website security plugins, are they good ? Or which security plugin you recommend ?

seems a little excessive.
Some of my sites use Wordfence alone.
Others don't have any security plugins as the managed host has it's own protection etc.
I haven't used both ithemes and sucuri for years now, so i can't quote on their current performance.
I preferred wordfence over them both, couldn't remember exactly why though.
Have you also tried moving your /wp-login.php to another url
also disabling XML-RPC ?

You shouldn't combine security plugins, they can interfere with each other's operations.
