Is my page banned from Google?

I solved the problem by registering in Google Search Console. My page indexed now. I have been indexing another new page during a few minutes by adding it in Google Consol.

Where should I see 301 redirect? I register https domain in Google Consol, It doesn't analyze http, only https. Now it is look everything fine.
But I didn't get any traffic from my old article which is a 1-month-old and had 6000 words. Maybe because subtitles are not seo optimized. They do not consist long tails keywords.
 
where can you check if you're banned/penalised from google?
 
SERP changes all time, keep your articles and websites updated to withstand on results. Also use webmaster to know stats about your site, it will help you.

You can check manually

site:website.com (or) site:website.com/page

or you can check on your Google webmaster tool
