Hello guys,

I'd like to have your feedback, regarding my store: https://fitthrill.com
Someone told me I chose the wrong niche, I'm curious what you guys think.

Thanks!

it looks great to me, it may not be a very popular niche but still if you could drive some specific traffic there you will get some sales for sure.
I wish you luck

I can't say about the niche but you need to fix a few things.

For example: The High Waist Seemless Pocket Capris color/size selector. People need to be able to choose a color they like/want and you can't do it with your selector.

What color is 25-2707-3? You need to put the actual color in the selector list not the code from the manufacturer. No customer will know what the code means and nobody will buy if they can't choose the color.

Also you have a great picture after the size chart of the leggings with a really nice matching top. But you don't have the top listed as an "also bought" or an upsell. The picture is so nice this upsell would be automatic for most customers.

I realize the store is new with hardly any items listed so maybe this kind of stuff is still getting fixed or updated.

As far as the niche goes, leggings are a bit saturated so you need to do something to differentiate yourself.

Have you looked into Print-on-Demand? A lot of places offer leggings now so you could make unique designs that cant be found anywhere but your store.

Search "sell leggings" on YouTube and you'll find a ton of videos.

T-REXecom has a 2 hour YouTube video "Print on Demand Leggings Masterclass" where he teaches in detail how he sold $2 million in leggings.

Like I said, the niche is a bit saturated as you can tell by the number of "how to sell leggings" videos on YouTube. Many include other yoga and fitness products aimed at women.

In general your store looks nice. Good luck.

Thank you, I appreciate your feedback a lot!

Definitely, I have to fix some of the issues you mentioned.

I've been thinking about customized leggings indeed, however, I wasn't so sure because how would I get those designs... (hire someone on fiver maybe?)

Furthermore, something that has been striking me for some time now is my logo, I've had it developed back in the day when I just started by someone on fiver.
However, it seem pretty identical to an already existing brand, should I change it? I'm not so good at developing logo's myself but on the other hand I don't want to spend money on it again at fiver.

vs my logo

Should I redesign it?

Furthermore, I am living in the Netherlands but my dropshipping stores have always been targeting the US. I'm thinking if it would be better to target the Netherlands instead.

Hi guys, I have trouble getting sales with my store, should I run facebook ads or google PPC ads?

I dont like the navbar, but thats the inner designer in me cringing. As far as products go, fitness is very competitive and I guess you can say over saturated. People prefer nike/adidas. And the ones who dont prefer gymshark/alphalete. Keep those things in mind
