It’s I guess. But why does it need to be rare? Are you building something around that name because if not, it doesnt matter if it is rare or not.

i was mostly just curious about it, but i would gladly sell it if somebody were to offer
 
Technically all usernames are rare because you can only get one of each.

But if you're wondering if it has actual value to be sold, then no, not really.
