Got 12k, videos get like 350 likes, pictures get like 450 likes. Seems bad, is it? How can I increase engagement?

You are doing about 3-4%... that's not breaking any records, but it is solidly better than average at about 2%.
If you want likes be sure your content asks people to like share and comment. Contests are also good. Create content thats only reason for being is to be shared...

3-4% is not a dealbreaker yet, but normally engagement with smaller accounts should be a bit higher.

It's either your video quality or story, or you're not engaging with others.
Should be easy to fix. Now, don't expect that as soon as you fix it they will come. It takes time, but it will build up little by little. Unless your a crazy good looking girl that shows hootch all the time. Then, it's different.

My videos are high quality and funny videos, some short some long. I always set the cover image to a nice frame too.

How do you engage? I like up to 1900 posts per days with tags using FL. I only manual comment on my own posts and sometimes on others.

Thanks, I just cut the clip, add my IG username in the corner and add an appropriate caption. No I don't use borders, I meant I set the cover image of the video to a nice looking part of the video, to draw more attention. Btw do you engage with the people you follow? I tend to avoid that since they might notice I unfollowed that way sooner.
