Is my domain superhelp.org worth selling on flippa?

Hi there.. i got a semi-aged domain, registered it in 2006.
The domain has been parked for the last 2 years.

my question was, is it worth selling it on flippa?
It doesn't have any traffic for a long time now since i've parked it, has some traces of free submissions in the past, no backlinks futher whatsoever.

I think not... better to put some categories about helping people (loose weight, stop smoking etc...) with high cpc and try to earn some money...

I agree with xlcrash, take the time to turn it into an actual site. You'll get more value, and since it is now an aged domain you should be able to get decent rankings if optimized correctly. The name is easy to remember as well, so that's a plus.
