Estibot and any domain valuing software is terrible for working out the value of domains. That domain is not worth that much unless you build a website on it or sell to a very rich end user.
Dude, I sold social media profile & a site that made no money but had value to *the right person for 5k. If I would have listened to one of those estimated sites I would have sold it for $1000 because that's what it was "worth". Don't trust any of those tools. There are obviously metrics people will use to figure out the worth of a site but in my opinion all of those automated estimation systems are crap.
That's not completely true. His domain name may be worth nothing, but I have purchased just a domain name and it was worth something - without traffic. Each situation is different. Depends on the buyer.
I have another question. if someone push a domain to me in godaddy, and i want to sell it. Do i have to wait 60 days before i can push it to another person?
