Is My Adsense Account Get Ban By this method [need help]

I have youtube account with 8months old with movie content that has not removed by youtube so I gained 8k subs from there and around 2M+ views, about 11k views in 48hours.

I know that google will not allowed me to monitized that channel

So I just put a link in the description that link in my blogspot that approved by adsense last year.

And my blogspot main page says "Site under construction" with around 3 ads by adsense.

this blogspot has no post or anything just the landing page with adsense.

Is this acceptable by adsense?
