Lol, OP if I were in ur shoes I would hv been so happy coz I just hv to shave too often to look good, or rather clean as ppo put it.

And I don't know why people are actually pointing hands on Testosterone level to grow hair especially facial hair, if we are talking of baldness, is different. Even at that, Your T level isn't just the factor, to grow back hair.
