Is Meta verified worth it

I think you should verify, verified meta will increase confidence to use, and can appeal easier when encountering problems

It is if you are have a business on social media i refer to you to use or to get meta verified it will help also the one reason the is they know you are verified

Good question, I’ve been thinking about testing Meta Verified too, mainly for the support access. From what I’ve seen, the badge might give some trust boost, but if the group is already shadow banned due to heavy link posting, I’m not sure Verified alone would lift that. Could help with appealing or getting clearer answers from support though, which is usually hard to get. Would be great to hear from anyone who’s tried it in a similar situation
 
It might help you get a quicker reply from support, but it won’t magically remove the shadowban. Meta Verified gives better access to help, not policy overrides. I'd still ease up on the link posts for now.
 
It merely increases your account's credibility. However, it won't be beneficial if your account gets shadowbanned because of your frequent link sharing.
 
If it improves your work, I recommend it. You still need to change your behavior of posting too many links in the group to avoid being restricted again.

It's not worth it. Once a account is locked, it will definitely be banned, regardless of whether a verification video has been uploaded or not.

However, if you’re being restricted due to behavior like excessive link sharing or algorithmic flagging, having the tick doesn’t guarantee that those restrictions will be lifted. It just speeds up the process, and doesn’t change how the system evaluates your content. If you’re an individual or small business, think twice before paying a monthly fee in the hope of “getting priority.”
