Is media buying suitable for factory?

Do you think media buying can help factory to grow its long term sales?
I work for a women fashion factory, with SEO team to promote the products on internet. The daily sales is around several hundreds items.
It's said that media buying is good for sales growth, but I wonder can media buying contribute to durable sales? Anyone has such experience kindly to share? Thank you.

If you develope your products as brandable goods, you can promotoe using your website - then definitly. You're just a dropshipper selling yoru own goods. It's simlar to an arrangement I have with many factory owners and it works great
