Never use your personal profiles to spam
Make lot of fake profiles (10 or more), set them up, let them get old with some activities, join groups and start posting 2 or 3 post per week for 1 account.
If you do this with 10 accounts it will be 20 to 30 posts per weeks.

I posted with him in groups for six months and recently blocked him, I had to write a phone number for confirmation and because I did not do it in time they blocked me with him.
