My site is 2 months old I made many backlink in two months, now, my Site DA is 16 and is it too fast, How many backlinks per day are good?

The link building tempo should not be very fast.
The exact "safe" links quantity differs for every site, but for a fresh site go with 1-3 per day.

If you are in a hurry to build links, then you should drip feed your backlinks to ensure it looks organic in the eyes of search engine.
